Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply differently depending on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or a business. A consumer is defined as an individual buying a product or workshop for personal use, and not in connection with a trade, business, craft, or profession. If you are a business customer, these Terms represent the full agreement between us, and you acknowledge that you have not relied on any other statements, representations, warranties, or promises outside of this agreement.

Order Acceptance & Delivery

Your order is accepted once confirmed as outlined in the Order Process section. During the process, we will inform you of the estimated delivery timeframe. We aim to deliver all products within 30 days from order acceptance.

For workshops, sessions will be conducted on the scheduled date indicated during booking.

Ownership of products transfers to you upon full payment. Responsibility for the product passes to you once delivery is completed.

Suspension or Cancellation of Supply

We may suspend product delivery if changes in laws or regulatory requirements occur. In such cases, you will be notified. If we cannot provide the product, we will cancel the contract and refund any advance payments.

Cancellations and Refunds

You do not have the right to cancel your order or request a refund in the following cases:

  • Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by you.

  • Services (including workshops) that have been completed or where the workshop has taken place, even if the cancellation window is still open.

  • When you have waived your cancellation rights.

If you've waived your right to cancel a workshop, cancellation and refund requests are not permitted. However, we may consider changes or cancellations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please contact our customer service team to make a request.

If we need to cancel a workshop before its scheduled date, we will notify you by email or phone. In such cases, we may reschedule the session or issue a full refund if you cannot attend the new date.

Refunds (where applicable) will be made via the original payment method. We may deduct reasonable costs from the amount refunded. Please refer to our Returns section for further details.

Any illustrations or descriptions on our website are for general informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. We reserve the right to update or amend workshop content when necessary.

Some provisions—such as Copyright, Trademarks, Disclaimers, Liability Limits, Indemnity, and Miscellaneous—will continue to apply even if the agreement ends.

For business customers, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid under the contract.
